Peter Feist

President and Chief Executive Officer
Internationally accomplished Semiconductor and EDA Start-Up Senior Executive

Peter Feist oversees OneSpin's business as the company delivers breakthrough formal verification solutions to markets worldwide. He brings to OneSpin Solutions 25 years of semiconductor and EDA industry experience in the U.S. and Europe, and an exemplary track record in executive and strategic management. Mr. Feist leads the company from OneSpin's U.S. branch in Silicon Valley, California.

Prior to joining OneSpin, he served as chief executive officer at SIGMA-C until its acquisition by Synopsys and, earlier, as general manager and chief operating officer at SIGMA-C. Previously, he was president and chief executive officer at PACT XPP Technologies AG; president and chief executive officer at Chameleon Systems Inc.; vice president of worldwide marketing at QuickLogic Corp.; senior vice president of marketing at GateField Corp.; and regional manager in Europe at Odeum Microsystems, a subsidiary of Hyundai's Digital Media Division. At each company, his leadership inspired ingenuity and growth. His early career spanned a broad spectrum of engineering, marketing and management positions at LSI Logic Corp. in Europe and the U.S. Peter Feist holds a Dipl. Ing. in Electrical Engineering (equivalent to M.S.E.E.) from the University of Dortmund, Germany.

Oliver Habeck

Chief Financial Officer
Expert in the financial management of both emerging and established international companies.

Oliver Habeck, Finance Director of OneSpin Solutions, is responsible for managing the company's finance organization, including finance, operations, human resources and IT. He has more than 10 years of experience in finance and control, including eight years in management positions in high-tech industries.

Prior to his appointment as finance and administration director, Mr. Habeck served as Controller at NTT DoCoMo Laboratories Europe. Previously, he held management positions in Finance & Controlling at the German subsidiaries of BroadVision and Gemplus.

Mr. Habeck received his masters degree in business administration from the University of Regensburg, Germany.

Dr. Raik Brinkmann

Vice President Software Development

Dr. Raik Brinkmann, co-founder of OneSpin Solutions, leads the company's software research and development efforts. He brings more than 10 years of broad expertise in verification, industrial R&D and management to this role. Raik was heavily involved in planning and implementing OneSpin's spin-off from Infineon Technologies in 2005. Since then, he has ably led software development teams at OneSpin, successfully turning their fundamental scientific and engineering innovations into state-of-the-art, award-winning EDA tools.

Prior to OneSpin, Raik worked in the formal verification group at Infineon Technologies in Munich. Previously, at Siemens, he conducted industrial research projects on formal verification at the company's Corporate Research Labs in the U.S. and Germany. He began his business career in the systems verification group at Siemens Public Communication Networks, and later focused on hardware emulation, formal verification and systems-on-a-chip design.

Dr. Brinkmann holds a Diplom Informatiker (equivalent to a master's degree in computer science) from the Clausthal Technical University, Germany and a Dr.-Ing. (equivalent to a Ph.D. degree) from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany.

Dr. Michael Siegel

Vice President Product Marketing

Dr. Michael Siegel, vice president product marketing at OneSpin Solutions, defines the company's product roadmaps and leads its product marketing efforts. Dr. Siegel brings to his role 12 years of experience in functional and formal verification, as well as broad expertise in industrial R&D, marketing and company organization.

Prior to joining OneSpin, he served as R&D manager and department head of 'Organization and Processes' at Infineon's Design Automation Department. He also worked at Siemens Corporate Technology, where he held various managerial and technical positions in the formal verification division. In addition, he served as senior scientist at the Weizmann Institute in Israel in the group of Turing Award winner and formal verification inventor Prof. Amir Pnueli. From 2001 – 2003 Dr. Siegel was a member of the Accellera committee for the definition of a property specification language standard.

Dr. Siegel holds a 'Summa Cum Laude' Ph.D. degree in computer science from Kiel University, Germany, and a master's degree in computer science from the University of Erlangen, Germany. He has authored 35 publications on property checking and equivalence checking.
